Ghosts of the Past
Brianna Gohde: ("Z") Brianna started
as an animation intern here, and in short order was running the
joint. Z was our production manager here for about 5 years before
she had enough of the ghOst.
Where is
she now?
Joel Erkinnen: ("HotHotWeezly") Joel
came to ghOst with a beautiful art portfolio and no 3D skills,
but he mastered Maya within months and became an integral part
of the production team for seven years. He's now leading art direction
at MediTech Communications.
Where is he now?
Jay Bakke: ("Silent Jay") He's a great
animator and a beacon of silence in a pit full of monkeys. He's
now making his way through the ranks of Blizzard. Be careful;
he emotes. :- |
Where is he
now?
Corey Messer: ("Cowboy") He's one
of the fastest riggers in the (mid-) West. He's since made his
way to the west coast and landed a spot on the Activision team.
He's pretty amiable but he still hates you.
Where
is he now?
Kelly Pederson: ("KellAE") She's an
editor of skill who really saved our bacon back during the WAM-NET
project. Really!
Where is she now?
Kris Pederson: ("Kris PC" "Kris-pae-thrae-oh-ah")
He came to us a soft-spoken geeky animator and left a more confident
geeky animator. So good at what he did, he was picked up by Ravensoft
(Activision) as their Animation Director.
Where is he
now?
John Mattie: ("Doc G") Doc G joined the team as an intern during the Friv years and stayed until he went to explore more character animation over at Wet Cement. He has since gone on a hiatus as a hardwood floor refinisher. We eagerly await his return.
Matt Meyer: ("Fatty" "Crash")
Like Doc G, Fatty joined the team for a stint and then went off
to Wet Cement to become their Animation Director. Let it be noted,
he drives hot cars and dates hot women.
Where
is he now?
Carly Zuckweiler: ("Saxamophone")
A sound engineer with great beat slingin' skillz. She still comes
around from time to time to check in and give a hand with various
projects - mostly the ones involving sound.
Where is she now?
Ben Getsug: ("Fuzzy") The sound guy.
Also the King of Geeks, a hard-earned title wrested from the arms
of the lesser geeks.

he now?
Scott Moore: ("Skippy") Skippy was
kind enough to take over as Production Manager during the Friv
years. He's since moved on to become a dad and community activist.
He also hacks disposable cameras–a true ghOst.
Where
is he now?
Manny Trembley: ("Simian") Manny started
as an intern and quickly took the Art Director mantle. In fact,
the reason our stuff looks as good as it does is because of Manny's
guiding hand. He is now in full swing with his own online comic,
PandaXpress. It rocks!

Hugh Ackerman : ("Hugh-Man") Hugh
came to the ghOst to work as a modeler and texture artist, and
did some technical work as well. Hugh actually grew up with Jayson
'World's Tallest Animator' Slinger, and his since moved on to
develop video games for the Playstation, XBOX, and Wii platforms.
